| Longhorn cross cattle are raised on the Running E Ranch. Typically the calves are used for breakaway roping practice and the yearlings are used for team roping practice. The 2 year olds are sold in the fall to people who produce indoor ropings during the winter. If you have an interest in roping cattle, drop Monty a line. He may have some for sale. If he does not have any at the time, he probably knows where to find some. The Running E Ranch usually has some grain fed angus cattle to market for freezer beef. Nothing like ranch raised beef!
